2002 Corvette tranny 6spd
I found a 2002 Z06 manual tranny for $750 with 20K miles on it. Would this swap be the same as doing any other T56 swap? Any other things that i should note?

But externally they would bolt up the same way a T56 would? That is my main concern, I know i still need the other parts but i have to ask and see if he has them. Thanks for the help.

The LS1 Vettes, had a transaxle. The T56, as the rear diffrential built onto the tail shaft, and then the input side used a torque-tube from the engine. Since the whole thing was mounted in the back of the vettes, I so no way in making it work in a f-body.

I plan on doing a T56 swap in my Formula, I'd love to find an M12 for that price, as far as the installation, the gear ratio's inside are just different, and M12's have a trans temperature sensor you won't need.
