Tranny Help!?!?

Car: 1986 Camaro Sport Coupe-totaled :_(
Engine: LG4 V8 (alive! HAHAHA!)
Transmission: automatic 4(alive-ish I think)
Axle/Gears: 2.73, stock (dead, most likely)
Tranny Help!?!?
I have a mainly stock 86 LG4 4 speed auto. When shifting into park, reverse, drive, etc... the car jumps and lurches just a little bit 
. The car just passed 170k, if age factors in in any way.

Transmission: v6 700R4 wish it was a 5spd Stick
Axle/Gears: Stock non posi 3.42s
TA mount on the side of the trans. could also have a loose pin in the rear axle, the one that holds the Diff idler gears in place is just a bit off so it clanks when ya put it in gear. Or as he said the U-joints.
