tranny back

well as some of you guys know my tranny has been down for about 7 weeks now, well i finally got it back in and driving again, it is noce to have it back togeather. just the hot summer days suck, with no air, lol well just wanted to let you all know, and the fuel pump thing is fixed also it was the fuel pump.

well i put the factory fpr back in see it it gets better gas milage this time.

isnt that the truth. lol have burned 1/2 tank and only 100 miles. but i have been taking it easy on the tranny though.

hehe, yeah right anyhow, puttin' around town and some some highway driving i was getting *about* 200miles to the tank...so your still right around where i am and i would think that with shifting gears you might do worse that you would with an auto...

actually u would think the stick would get better due to the rpms but i was getting about 180-190 to 3/4 tank arond 17 to a tank before. will have to see, but with the gass prices going up for the weekend it wont be drive that much this weekend. 301 for 93 is alittle high for me. lol

i could see it doing better on the highway, though shifting all the time through town i would think would eat up some mpg...

301? man i'm glad i'm not having to drive my car this summer...
