Does anyone know where I can find a new or used 9 bolt 28 spline passenger side axle shaft for my 1989 Formula?

New ones are not available AFAIK.
As for used ones, they'll have to come out of a 9-bolt. Which will have to come out of a 85-89 F car. As far as where to get one, if I could predict the next place that someone would wreck or otherwise junk a car, I'd have enough money to where I wouldn't be sitting here typing stupid crap on the Internet.
I suggest you try all the junkyards in your area; maybe some of the board sponsors whose ads are on this page; maybe the classifieds on this site; and so on.
