3-4 WOT Upshift Kit (3-4 shifting timing springs); which spring early or late??

Ok you guys I just got the B&M 3-4 Wide Open Throttle Upshift Kit, I am going to be installing it some time next week. I was reading the instructions and one of the steps it states that I need to choose one of the supplied 3-4 shifting timing springs: Early shift: yellow. Late shift: Tan. I know the obvious the yellow spring shifts early and the tan shifts late, but I am wondering what these shift points are, and if anyone of you guys know what they are can you please let me know. And also are there any recommendations for which spring I should use. Just for a little extra info my motor is fairly modified look at my sig to see modifications.

Well it looks like no one has had any knowledge of the Upshift kit, so I will let you guys know how it works out for me. I ended up installing the late shift spring, however I still haven’t finished building the motor and I am planning on dropping it in probably on Sunday or Monday. Anyways when ever I get my car started Ill let you guys know about this upshift kit.

Please update. I plan on getting one of these and I need to know how late the "late" spring shifts. I want it to shift right at 6,000.

I used the GM TV sleeve and plunger for a 700r4 that comes in a 9C1/Corvette in my Van. It is using the stock 4,600 RPM van governor in it.

1-2 = 4,600
2-3 = 4,500
3-4 = 4,700

I used the B&M kit in my GMC Jimmy when it had the stock 2.8 and used the early spring. With the lightly cammed 3.4, I went back in and used the late. The only difference I could tell was the amount of time that a WOT downshift on the highway took at slower speeds. The early spring also eliminated a WOT kickdown at 80 MPH, where the late took 90 before it would no longer kickdown. The actual WOT 3-4 shift point was right at the same RPM though. I put a LT1 camaro governor in it and it shifted at 5,500 rpm from then on.
