TKO 500 issue
Hello,
I recently installed a Tremec TKO 500 into my 84 Z (I also installed a GM 385 Fastburn Crate Engine along with many other upgrades).
The only issue that I have with this trans is that when I downshift quickly (5th to 4th and 4th to 3rd) the trans grinds, but goes into gear fine. I would not imagine this to be a normal thing. If I down shift slowly/casually there is no grinding. I am using the recommended GM syncromesh. Can anyone comment on why this would be? Thanks for the help!
