i took it to the local aamco..and they seem to be honest guys
they did the full rebuild..new torque converter...corvette servo and a shift kit in it for 1400
ill find out tomm if it turns out ok
i really want a b&m shifter but i think it might conflict with the warranty...so i dunno
ill let u guys know tomm if it turned out ok and also, ist there a break in period for a tranny rebuild or somethin?

 

hey guys i got it back and its sweet! just a lil problem but i dunno
when u put it in regular drive, when it downshifts right before you stop, there is an unusual clunck sound and a lil jerk from the tranny...it did it way worse before the rebuild tho but i was wondering if this is normal? it doesnt do this tho in any other gear including overdrive
any help would be appreciated
