yes....it should they both use the same crank so i would asume it would work

It depends on the year of the 350 and the 305.
If the 305 is original to the car, it has the 1-piece rear main seal.
If the 350 is 86-up, with the 1-piece rear main seal, then yes it will work.
If the 350 is 85-back, with the 2-piece rear main seal, then no it will not.
If you have the early style 350, you need th eflywheel for 83-85 Camaro/Firebird V8. You will find there are 2 types; one weighs 22 lbs or thereabouts, and the other weighs 16 lbs or so. The former is the grocery-cart version, from the LG4; the latter is from L69 and LB9 performance applications. You'll probably want the light one.
