85 camaro rear main seal
does my car have 1 or 2 piece rear main seal. how can i find out with out taking the trans out?

85 is the last year for old style two piece
one piece was 86 and up
make sure the engine is an 85 or older though, thats how to find out, not by pulling parts, run the codes off the front pad, or post them here, all of them

85 older wont fit on an 86-up
totally different
the bolt patten changed and so did the crank snout shape
otherwise it was the same from 55-85
