I bought an 83 camaro berlinetta in hopes of having a good driving car. But when i get on the highway it drinks gas. Mainly because it has a 350 but only a 3 speed transmission. I want to switch it out to a 4 or 5 speed but i dont know what ones will work with a 350 and what anyone suggests.

 

Any sbc transmission will work with any sbc. Some of the newer tranys require special parts but will still work.
