Anyone else with a TKO trans?

Anyone else with a TKO trans?
My buddy installed a TKO600 into his iroc and has been getting this slight vibration. They checked the engine running without the tranny bolted up and the engine had ZERO vibration, than connected the trans again and it came back. Are these suppose to do this I wonder? Could it be his rear end?
