Best T-5 shifter?

I plan on ordering a B&M Ripper from Summit unless anyone has a better solution for me! The throws on the OEM shifter in my RS are noticeably longer than the OEM shifter in my Z28, and it really bugs me.

Any advice/opinions are appreciated!

I have the B&M with Hammer T-shift handle (direct fit). I love it. However, everyone under the sun and moon will have a different opinion.

I've run a Pro 5.0 for over a year and half now and I'm very happy with it. I've driven a B&M on a T-56 and liked mine a little better, but that could be a little bit of bias.

After driving a Mitsubishi VR-4 a couple weeks ago that had a shifter soo vague it was hard to find nuetral, a stock T5 shifter fells good.

I love my Pro 5.0 shifter. Very well made and very positive shifts.

I think Thunder Racing carries them.

Found it for $189, $10 cheaper than Jegs...works for me! I'm going to order it...

One more thing...will a Pro 5.0 accept the factory ****? Does anyone know where I can get a white cue ball ****?

Will any pro 5.0 shifter work, such as a used mustang unit, or do you have to get the f body version?

I can't see a difference between the actual shifter itself, only the the stick. I was going to use a lou's short stick anyway so I don't see a reason to buy the fbody unit if I can get a used one from all the mustang freaks on ebay and then use a lou's stick.

Unless you guys know of a hitch there.

OK, no...
A mustang T5 has a different shifter pad design and it will not fit a GM T5.
Just in case anyone was wondering.
