Clutch Hydraulics??
ok i know you guys have heard this many times.. first off, my clutch seems to always grab closer and closer to the floor.. for example, i adjust it so it grabs about 1.5 inches off the floor (i have a lakewood bellhousing), then not even 2 days later it grabs right off the floor.. i race this car so it is really inconsistent with shifting due to this problem.. first day of racing i can shift good and then the next day, i miss a gear almost every run because the clutch wont disengage.. i have a center force dual friction clutch, a new throwout bearing, new clutch fork, new master and slave cylinder.. the slave blew out once so i replaced it and the connection of the whole system was broken.. i bled the hydraulics twice already and i still have the same problem.. i dont think the system is leaking.. i never had to put in extra fluid..
can the stock hydraulics handle the dual friction clutch?? is there an upgrade available?? is it possible to swap in a hydraulic throwout bearing?? could the master cylinder be the cause??
any input would be greatly appreciated..
