okay guys and girls i need some advise. My 88 iroc tranny went out i have a 700r4 now it is winter and i dont want it sitting for three months so i bought another 700r4 out of a 87 firebird. Now the rear part is different and i was told that the 4 bolts come off and i swap that area out. Now comes my question i need a converter now and not sure what to get. My engine is pretty stock and im just looking for a quick fix. What converter do i get? And is the tranny swap something that me and a friend can do over a weekend?
