Problems with my 5 speed

I have a 91 tbi cam with a 5 speed. When i put it in reverse it grinds in,but if i put it in first gear then reverse it goes in easy.also if i go into 3rd and 4th real fast or even slow somtimes it grinds. the clutch isnt slipping i dont know if it is the tranny or clutch. The clutch fluid is full.what do you think it is?

It will always grind if you put it into reverse first, as reverse gear isnt sychronized. You're supposed to put it into first or fifth first, then into reverse, so it doesnt grind.
As far as the other grinding gears, those synchros could be going bad, and/or a chipped or cracked tooth on those gears.
Clutches dont use fluid, did you mean the trans fluid?

Kevin is right. There is no synchro on reverse, so you must wait for the gears to stop or poke first or fifth to stop the gears. Then you can shift to rev.
Grinding when shifting is usually due to worn synchros. Time to pull it apart. You might try some synchromesh fluid, but I will probably not help.
