no, its a 9-bolt, they have different gear ratios.

The only flaw I saw in his description was stating that it came out of a 350 5 speed car. They never put the 5 speed behind a 350, only 305's. Also, the only cars that got the 3.45 ratio were the 305 stick shift cars with the G92 performance package. The funny part is I called this same guy out on another rearend he was selling a couple of weeks ago on there. The last rearend he listed was a 3.42 ten bolt and he had the same picture of a 9 bolt on there for that one. He was like "wow, you really know your stuff when it comes to these cars". It doesn't take a genius to count the number of bolts on the rear cover or notice the fact that the rear cover is a distintive shape on either rear.
