TQ arm bracket ? 82 83 ?

i guess this is only the early style TQ arm bracket ?

this came from my 82 trans am THM200c

and i guess is only for the 55" long TQ arms ?

right ?

looking to learn a bit of new info here

i assumed they were all the same 82-92 but i just found out the other day here that there was a longer TQ arm under these cars so hmm...

IIRC the 200C trans is the same length as the TH350, so they're shorter than the 700r4. That would explain the longer torque arm. You also have a different crossmember and a longer driveshaft than the 700r4 cars do. Interesting to see pics of the bracket. I've never seen one before, and it does look a bit different.
