Engine says "GO", but tranny says "Nope."
If I mash the gas while cruising in third gear, my engine responds however my transmission takes it's sweet time downshifting into second gear. It's almost as if it starts accelerating in 3rd, THEN downshifts into second. There is at least one full second (of time) between hitting the gas and actually feeling any pull, which is way too long in this category, and the problem is clearly the transmission. My TV cable is adjusted properly. It doesnt do it when downshifting from 2nd to 1st or from 4th to 3rd.
