what comes out in the trans am what is the 6 speed and what would i have to do to put it in a 84 camaro

A LSx based (98-up F-Body) tranny wont work behind a Gen1 based engine like what is in your 84. Use a LT1 6 speed (93-97 F-Body) unless you want to do a complete LSx swap...
can u get a four barrel intake for that motor on a ls1

yes but thats not the only thing you need. Check the motor swap forums cause is a little more involved.
