Car: 91 Firebird RS
Engine: L03
Transmission: 700-R4
Axle/Gears: 2.73
Dont know what I need for my rear end
I have a 91 rs with 2.73 and no posi I want to have 3.73 with posi. What do I need? Do i need a new differential and gears? if so any suggestions where to get the parts? I am looking to save a couple bucks would a junkyard be worth it or am I just going to have trouble in the long run? Thanks a lot for your help!

Axle/Gears: 4th gen 3.23 posi/LS1 discs, stock
You can look in the junkyard for rear ends. It's way easy to swap the whole rear housing rather than swaping the gears in and out.
