I have a 96 Camaro that has the 4L60E transmission. When I put the car in Park and Neutral, the car goes forward; like it is in drive. When I put the car in Reverse, the car acts like it is trying to go in both forward and reverse (it will not free rev; revs like you are trying to brake-torque it). The car shifts fine through all gears but has no "Park" or "Reverse". We looked at the linkage and everything seemed fine although I am no transmission expert. If anyone may have an idea of what the problem cold be, please let me know.
