im confused exactly what you mean but maybe im not actually lol

i think the megashifters work fine

a 700r4 one will work fine but its just that you will have the overdrive spot on it as your 3rd gear spot, and the 1st gear spot on it wont be anything

the cleanest way would be a 200c shifter like the in my 82 and also in the 83 cars, i actually want to get rid of mine and replace it with an '87 700r4 one that i have here from a camaro that i parted out last fall - i have a th350 but i dont care that the shift indicator plate will be wrong it will still work just fine and no one is going to notice, i just like the later shifters better

i offered my 200c shifter and all te parts except the shift plate assembly(mine is broken and there was no interest in any of it at all

so i guess trash can..

good luck

yep just as long as you dont care about not being able to go into the last/bottom position on the shifter :P

once it warms back up out there again after these days of cold and rain that are coming starting tomorrow then im gonna swap my 200c one out for the 700r4 one

good luck
