Help me pick the right gear

Car: 87 IROC
Engine: 406 sbc with Trick Flow heads, Hook
Transmission: Pro built 700R4
Axle/Gears: waiting on a new rear!!!!
Help me pick the right gear
I need help selecting the right gear for my combo. I'm not too worry about gas mileage I just need the a gear that will fit my setup and get the best 1/8 mile times.
327ci
9.6.1 compression
195cc TFS heads
Edelbrock RPM Intake
1 5/8 shorty headers
2800 stall
780 DP carb
hyd tap dur. 230 lift .480
1.6 rockers
I going to do alot of racing and the guys I'm going to race with all have 4.10 gears in their mustangs will the gear be too much? Should I use a 3.73 gear instead? I want the best 1/8 mile performance with what I got.
