z28 700r4 has higher shift points?

hi i was wondering if a 88 z28 with a 700r4 has higher shift points when left in drive compared to my 91 rs with 700r4?

If it is a 350 it does, it shifts around 5,000. On the otherhand, the 1988 TPI 305 Z/28 and the 1991 TBI 305 RS should both shift around 4,500 rpm when floored.
