Re: Clutch Master Cylinder Problem?
The same thing happened to my '85 Z a few months ago. The previous owner replaced the clutch last year (he is a good friend of mine so I know he had it done). I posted about it here but no one seemed to know what the problem is. As soon as the weather gets nicer up here I am gonna go out and check the clutch fork to see if it is binding which could result in the hydraulic system being unable move it. I can move the fork by hand on my '89 RS so I assume I should be able to do the same thing on the Z.(?) If I can move it then I will assume that the tranny is fine and check/replace the master and slave cylinders.
Let me know if you figure out the problem.

Re: Clutch Master Cylinder Problem?
open bleeder screw and re-bleed system. is what happened when the pushrod came off it cause mater cylinder or slave to hydraulic lock. Had this happen on my T/A and couldn't even move the clutch pedal till bleeder screw was opened and bled.
