Ugh, hard shifting again but.. not as bad

i replaced the clutch the other day and now im running into some issues.

Yes, i put the TOB in correctly(according the CORRECT picture of sofakingdom ) i even have pictures i took of it that i checked when the issue came back, Its not as bad but its there for sure.

Bassicly It grinds in reverse, and i have a clutch disengagement issue.

Ive bled the slave numerous times already, just to find it seems ok then gets worse after a drive of about 10 mins. ( my theory is that i have a internal leaking master cylinder)

Now, it needed a clutch bad before and now i dont smell clutch burnage or feel slippage, which makes me very happy but im kinda frustrated with it doing this again so.

Im ordering a pre bled gm hydraulic setup tomorow, but before doing that is there any other problem you guys would think it would be?

Glad the pictures were of service!!

How was the pilot bearing when you took it apart? What did you put back in; a bushing, or a bearing?

the pilot in there was a bushing, was in beautiful shape, i put a new bushing back in. ( did i mention the trans slid in like "butter" Lol? so im assuming i dont have a pilot issue, and would hate to find out that it is but i suppose it is a quick fix of sorts)

but like i said before, what makes me think its the slave is that it was working wonderfully, then as the clutch wore in/adhered it started acting up again, making me think it just doesnt have enough throw left

Hmm, wierdest thing i took it to a friends house today 10 mins away and it seemed to be ok, not perfect but OK

So i beat on it on the way home and now its finnally back to chirping the tires, but i think theres still something a tad bit "of" Who knows maybe its because my 1-2-3 syncros are going /shrug who knows
