soft clutch pedal

i am having a problem with my clutch pedal. my set up is a T56 using a lakewood scattershield, stock T5 slave, mcloed clutch, PP and T.O bearing (which is all new) problem is the pedal is very soft. there is only maybe 1/2 to 1" of travel in the pedal and then the clutch grabs. how do you adjust the pedal to make it either stiffer or to raise the grabbing point of the clutch.
