Axle/Gears: 3.27 9 Bolt, PBR disks
Posi Rear: What can you tell about it?
I think I have a winner but DAGGUMIT, I don't know what I'm looking at.
Is this a limited slip diff or not?
The gearing is right. It looks in good shape. The price is doable.

Apeiron,or anyone else.What are you looking at to tell thats limited slip.I`m going to service my diff soon and I`m wondering if mines either swapped or messed up cause I almost always leave one black mark.Sometimes its on different sides.My rpo code says G80 so it should have come with limited slip but I dont think its acting like it.Thanks.

It's got springs and other strange gizmos in it. If you open it up and all you see is gears, then it's an open differential.
Of course, just because it has LSD doesn't mean that the LSD still works, it could be worn.
