Lower cluster bearing

On my WC t5 I have the lower cluster out. The bearings are stuck onto the cluster. I tried to find a 3jaw puller that would work but none are working to grad the backside. I started to grind off a side of the bearings to chisel them off but to no avail.

I can see how it may seem easy to pry off but I need to get them off. I heated them up to and nothing has budged.

Anybody?

Re: Lower cluster bearing

I suggest either taking it to a machine shop, or buying a new countergear.

Why are you doing this? Do you have a complete rebuild kit? Do you know how to set the transmission up (preload) when you reassemble it?
