No Overdrive and no downshifting

Hey everyone, I am new to THIRDGEN.ORG, I spend the majority of my time over on SYTY.NET. Ive built 4 700r4's successfully and have never had a single problem with them. Except for this one. I build the trans with a few minor mods nothing too fancy. Just more clutches, blocked 4th accumulator, like I said, nothing major. I replaced all seals, clutches and steels. So I get everythign back together and everything feels fine. At first it wouldnt go into third gear but I drove about 60mph and switched gears back and fourth from 2nd to third and it went in and didnt have a another problem with it. Well, then I couldnt get 4th to come on so I tried the same thing and nothing. Upon further testing, I noticed I had no kickdown when I would floor it. So immediately I thought Ild better park it before I take something out. So I double check the servo and it looked just fine. I pulled the governor and it loked fine. I pulled the valve body and noticed the accumulator valve was stuck in the sleeve, I changed sleeves. I double and triple checked the TV. It moves freely and when the pedal is pushed to the floor the TV goes all the way in. So I put everything back together and the 1-2 shift and 2-3 shift is way better than it was, but, still no OD and no kickdown. I dont know what else to look for here, I also switched TV cables as a just incase and nothing. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Is there somethign I couldve done wrong in the case? Any input is greatly appreciated.

Mike

Re: No Overdrive and no downshifting

Put a pressure gauge on this and see what the readings are at the different throttle openings. This might give you an idea as to what to look for.
