Top pic is the factory torque arm mount thats is bolted to the back of the transmission.
The bottom pic is the exhaust hanger that is bolted to the otherside of the trans directly opposite of the torque arm mount. It supports the cat/converter.

All 3rd gens had a torque arm from the factory.
