lt4 hot cam

would a lt4 hotcam run on a carb motor, or does it have to be fuel injected, and will it be ok running the stock springs instead of buying the whole kit..

Re: lt4 hot cam

it will run fine on carbed motors. but you'll need to get the heads machined and setup with proper springs to handle the lift numbers. its .525 with the 1.6 rockers and .492 with the 1.5's i believe. stock heads usually only go to .480
