Transmission: b&m 350
Axle/Gears: borg warner 9 bolt
Kick down head ache

For some reason the kickdown lever or switch hook thingy is stuck.... anyone knows what would cause this and whats the best way to fix this problem

pull the pan and free the TV valve - also, it is NOT a kick down cable, and should never be used as one. It is a Tv cable which controls the TV valve which controls pressure in the trans. There is only one proper setting for it, shift points are tailored by the governor and the location/size of the holes in the TV valve sleeve. - If the cable is set improperly it can/will lead to the early death of the trans.

actually i got it going I should have posted somthing to indicate that. Also i have th350 transmission which i should have also mentioned so from what i understand its a kickdown cable not a tv cable..... From past experience i found out the hard way that a TV and kick down cable are 2 differnt anamals lol. <- acutally no LOL cus that **** was not funny.
