I have a 3000 rpm stall converter in my car w/a rebuilt 700r4. After I installed the trans and converter I have noticed a whining noise sounds like a power steering pump low on fluid under medium acceleration off the line and shifting into 2nd and 3rd. Is this normal with a higher stall speed or do I have a problem here?
