Need verification please.

Please no flaming, there are over 600 post on drivetrain matters, I just didnt feel like reading all of them
I have a 350 TH and when I went to put my driveshaft in the yoke on the driveshaft is considerably larger than the shaft in the tranny. ( I think the car had a 400 before ). I was wondering if the 700R4 and 200R4 used the same yoke as the 350TH. My length is good to go I just need a new yoke. I saw summit had some for sale for around $45 ( didnt see the one I needed ) but I also have access to some stock driveshafts as well.
Can anyone verify this via link/expierence. Thanks for the input.

The 350, 200, 2004R, and 700R4 all use the same yoke.

Re: Need verification please.

You'll need a yoke from one of the above mentioned transmissions. You may need a conversion u-joint depending what u-joint the driveshaft takes. The normal GM u-joint is usually a 3R but not all TH400's use the 3R.

Find the slip yoke you need then take it and the driveshaft to your local parts store to match up the correct u-joint.
