how far will my 10 bolt go
ok so for my setup i have a stock 10 bolt rear with 3.08 gears posi of course. on this i have lcas, and relocation brackets. my tranny is a stock 700r4 with a corvette servo. i also recently just added a set of m/t et streets. my question is with 300whp or more not sure with nitrous with spraying out of the hole will i snap my rear or or will then tranny and high gears save it?

10 bolt rearends were never a strong diff, and someday it will break with constant abuse.
Slicks and high rpm launches and traction will end the pain sooner than later.
I'm at 1.77 60fts with a diff cover and welded axle tubes, my time is coming

i dont do high rpms launches. i only launch at like maybe 1500rpms and spray nitrous right out of the hole. i only would do it a few times.

Re: how far will my 10 bolt go
I took a beefed up 10 bolt deep into the 11's before finally swapping in a 9" when I also installed a transbrake.
Re: how far will my 10 bolt go
I have gone 10.08 with a 10 bolt, moser axles, torsion diff.
Currently running deep 11s with 6 speed now, but have seen them go alot sooner though..
Auto will treat it well, May want to spray a few feet out just to get load on first, she will live for a while..
