Has anyone modified their console to accept a shifter like the hurst quarter stick and how hard is it or does any one run a shifter set up other than the stock, dual gate, or megashifter?

i'll help ya out. i run the megashifter i love it. very easy to install. in the future though you may want to 
beacause there are loads of stuff on this site about it. if you cant find your answer through a search then ask specific ????'s. just friendly advise. i do have pics of install if you would like to see them as well.
