Car: 1986 Chevy Camaro Heritage edition
Engine: V6 2.8 sadly...
Transmission: 5 Speed Manual
Axle/Gears: I have 10 bolt and i think 3:9's
T56 problems! Need help!!!
i just did an engine swap in my 86 camaro and i need some advise. i had my engine built at a machine shop its supposed to have over 400 hp and i dont think my original transmission is going to stand up. it was a borg warner t5 (not the world class version). so need to find either a t56 or a t5 world class edition. does anyone know what cars (or trucks) these transmissions came in with a V8 application? or mabey a site where i can find this information?
