Another 700R4 Speedo gear selection

Can someone help me choose the correct speedometer gears for a buddies 700R4? He has a 1990 Z28 that originally came with 3:23 gears. He has the stock 16" rims and 245/50 tires that measure just about 26" in diameter. He went to a 4:10 gear. This is the stock 10 bolt rear. Thanks!!
