im going to have a modded tpi 305 motor making low 200whp and i was curious if a cheap 12" stall conveter with a stall of 2000-2600 would work well and not die fast and btw im getting a tranny cooler for it too. on top of this ill be throwing the occasional shot of nitrous probably 125 shot at it and it doesnt have the anti ballooning plates. im just curious as to how itd hold up especially since it has HD torrington bearings and brazed fins i think it was. it said its good to 500hp. oregon performance transmissions is the company.
