Engine: BBC 396 .090 over (414)
Transmission: LS1 T-56
Axle/Gears: Shortened Ford 9, 3.25, discs, posi
Tranny swap

Does anyone know if a T-45 trany will work with Camaros. I've heard t-5's called t-45's but if anyone knows please email at iluvmy91camaro@aim.com or ramborockzm60@aim.com

Not that I know of. AFAIK GM hasn't used it in any vehicles at all; so there's no version of it that will bolt up to the motor, have torque arm provisions, the right splines, etc. etc. etc.

The T-5 is one product; the T-45 is completely another. They are not the same no matter who calls them what. I've heard the Earth called "flat" before too, didn't seem to affect the reality too much.

Thanks man , i did some reasearching myself and fond that the bellhousing is one piece with the transmission and there only made for MUSTANGS!!! of all things
looks like its a t-5 for me
