so the posi on my camaro doesnt work anymore, its the stock rearend, is there anything i can do to fix it? maybe something inside that has worn out? or am i just better off trying to find another rearend with better gears? oh yea i have 3.08s

how do you know it had a posi? if youre sure then you can try a fluid change which probably wouldnt work. pieces inside the posi are worn out and either need to be rebuilt or the posi replaced.

If it is a cone posi, no, you are screwed, they are not rebuildable. If it is a clutch type its an easy rebuild. But it's probably the dreaded cone. New posi time, if that's the case
