GM clutch cylinders
I used brand new GM clutch master and slave cylinders for my t5 swap...they come as one unit pre bled...
now they squeak pretty bad!
when the car stands for about 1 or 2 days, the first 4 or 5 clutch engagements are absolutely quiet...then it starts to squeak horribly...
I already bled the whole system with DOT4+ fluid cause I assumed that some air is causing this...no sucess with that...
pushed in the slave by hand and lubed the inner surface with some bad *** silicone grease....only a slight change...for a short moment
has anyone experienced the same problem with GM cylinders? It's really pissing me off....they cost a small fortune here and I can't return them (as all parts that are ordered from GM overseas..idiotic)...it's making the car sound like some junkyard scrap car...
