PLEASE HELP TRANS PROBLEM
OK HERE IT IS I HAVE A 1988 GTA 5.7 LT,WITH A AUTO WELL MY TRANS IS GONE,CAN I INTERCHANGE MY TRANS WITH 1 FROM A 1988 CHEVY HALF TON 2 WHEELDRIVE?IF NOT WHAT CAN I INTERCHANGE IT WITH?

Yes, they're both a 700R4. You'll need to swap the torque arm mount off your existing transmission though.

Is it from a V6 or V8? I've read that the V8 applications sometimes have more clutches, but I have no clue if that's true or not.
