There is a bleeder on the slave cylinder or you can use a mighty vac.

If I remember correctly the bleeder valve is kind of hard to see and get to. It's up on top in the front of the cylinder. We ran it up on the ramp and I had to kind of put my finger on top of it when loose and "feel" for the air bubbles coming out. Real pain in the butt.

Well you would be able to see the bubbles if you used a length of hose and ran it into a bucket. Make sure you are depressing the pedal while you close the valve simultaneously. It can be a 2 or even 3 person job one to keep the reservoir full, one to pump the pedal and one to close the valve, or one if you have a bleeder friends are the best tools you can have.
