1st the car would go into overdrive and after about 1/2 day of driving it would start to go into overdrive and back out a couple of times then stay out of overdrive but now it does not go into overdrive at all, any suggetions and no passing gear but shifts all other gears perfectly?

 

When the brake pedal is applied the overdrive disengages. Is the pedal low? Try holding up on it when the OD kicks out. Could be a loose wire or something internal in the trans. Also try doing a search on this here.
