So i broke

My speedo and odometer doing a burnout the other day. Anyone have a good sticky that i havent found on how to fix it? I also installed different gears on my car so is there another sticky for calibrating it?

well the odo probably isn't working because the speedo isn't working. First check the speedo cable for binds or kinks, then that it is properly connected to the tranny and to the gauge cluster.

As for what speedo gears you need check the sticky in this board called "t-5 drive and driven gears" It has info about what ratio and what gears to calibrate your speedo.

And if the above seems good, remove the cable from its housing. It's possible the cable has snapped. If the odometer is truly broken, check the following link:
