9 bolt issues with brakes

i have a problem with my borg/warner 9 bolt and im not sure if it has to do with the brakes or the rear end itself but i had the rear rebuilt and put it back into car but when i put the brakes on and the outside of the rotor hits the inside of the caliper housing i tried numerous set of rotors to correct this problem and still same problem... any suggestions

Are the caliper mounting brackets on the correct side?

If its the one with the aluminum pbr calipers the caliper brackets are the same from side to side. The bracket on the axle housing flange is different from side to side.
