what gears work best with 5.7tpi in a nine bolt,also looking for some gears

 

I would say a 3.08-3.42 would be the best, depending on the mods you plan on doing. But remember, these cars in stock form, don't breathe past 4500rpm, too much gear can hurt more than help. If you plan on staying stock I'd say 3.08's.

 

Yeah don't go over 3.45's. 3.27's are a great all around gear, for the L98's.

 

You will need a 3-series carrier first before thinking about new gears. Your choices are limited to 3:27, 3:45 and 3:70 also a few 3:73s if you can find them.
