tranny lines
having issues with my tranny lines on my 82. well when i bought the car they were kinda hacked up from previous owner puting in/removing motor/tranny. i was gona try and move them around a lil when i put my longtubes on but forgot
well anyway iva got a couple of places where metal line was cut and rubber hose was used to join them back together and obviously they leak mainly cause of the bad angles they are in. i had a similar problem on my 86 and i ran ran some rubber lines until i got some brake line and bent my own lines which i will NEVER DO AGAIN!!! lol well mainly i wanted to know the best way to do a temp fix just to get it to a tranny shop to get them to bend me new lines and install. better yet the best way/places to run a temp rubberline so they dont melt and spring leaks. car has been down for a month + cause of exhaust and tranny problems and its getting really nice out and i want to start driving it again.
